The Lowdown on Lowbrow: West Coast Pop Art
1.I've learned that Pop Art/Lowbrow is also known as Pop Surrealism. The usage of cartoons is consistent with the concept of surrealism.
2.This video relates to the impact of jazz music had on the Harlem Renaissance and other art movements during the 1920s.
3.I think the video provides great insight on another form of expressionism.

1.I've learned that modern art has included installations and exhibits using a whole room for one piece of work.

3.I think artists usage of space to create installations is a great form of expression

1.I've learned that archeology and it's findinds is an art form.

3.In my opinion, to know that archealogy is an art form is enlightening.

1.I've learned what drives/inspires a curator to select specific works of art to acquire.
2. This video relates to my exhibit. It is a great example of how a curator becomes good at what he/she does.
3.This is a great look at the life of one of the greatest curatos ever known.
